The Dioscoro L. Umali (DLU) Achievement Award for Agricultural Development intends to underscore the importance of agricultural development in Southeast Asia by recognizing exemplary individuals who have contributed to its advancement in the region. To be given annually, it comes with a cash prize of US$10,000 and a plaque.
