Bogor, 15 April 2026 — SEAMEO BIOTROP held its Annual Work Meeting (Raker) on 15 April 2026, bringing together 64 participants from the Board of Directors (BoD), management, and staff. The meeting aimed to align institutional priorities and strengthen coordination across all units in implementing programs for 2026.
The meeting was led by the Director of SEAMEO BIOTROP, Edi Santosa, who emphasized three key pillars in program development: impact, visibility, and productivity. He highlighted that all programs must deliver tangible impact, enhance institutional visibility at local, national, and regional levels, and generate meaningful, measurable outputs.
The meeting also underscored the importance of good governance as a foundational principle in institutional management. In this session, both Deputy Directors—Elis Rosdiawati and Doni Yusri—shared their perspectives on the core values that must be upheld by all staff, including integrity, accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and adaptability.
As part of strengthening organizational structure and leadership alignment, the event also featured the formal acknowledgment of six department managers: Risa Rosita (Science Innovation and Technology Department), Dewi Suryani (Human Center and Innovation Department), Tenni Wahyuni (Human Resources and Administration Department), Trijanti A. Widinni Asnan (Finance and Accounting Department), Slamet Widodo Sugiarto (Facilities Management Department), and Haritz Cahya Nugraha (Knowledge Management, Publication and Communication Department).
Following the leadership and governance session, each manager delivered presentations on their respective departmental programs and key activities for 2026, ensuring alignment and integration across all units.
The Annual Work Meeting reaffirmed SEAMEO BIOTROP’s commitment to advancing impactful, visible, and productive programs, while strengthening good governance and fostering shared values throughout the organization.
