2267 University Students Participate in Selection Process for MSIB Student Program

As a part of the support for the "Kampus Merdeka" program, SEAMEO BIOTROP participated as a partner for the "Program Magang Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka Batch 4" or Independent Campus Certified Internship Program Batch 4 (MSIB Batch 4). The recruitment process began on December 16th, 2022 and ended on February 10th, 2023.

A total of 2267 students from universities across Indonesia from Sabang until Merauke registered for the program. The participants were then filtered through the administrative check, National Outlook Test, Academic Potential Test, and Interview. Only 60 students will be selected as participants in the 6 months internship program on SEAMEO BIOTROP campus that will begin on February 16th, 2023.

The "Program Magang Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka Batch 4" is aimed at providing students with practical, hands-on experience in their chosen field of study. The program is designed to give students the opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills they have learned in the classroom to real-world situations.

The program is open to students from universities across Indonesia and is intended to provide them with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a variety of different industries and organizations. The program is also intended to help students develop their professional skills and networks, as well as to gain a deeper understanding of the social, economic, and cultural issues facing the country.

SEAMEO BIOTROP's goal is to provide support for the "Kampus Merdeka" program by participating as a provider for the "Program Magang Bersertifikat Kampus Merdeka Batch 4" and to support the Key Performance Indicators for Higher Education (IKU), especially IKU number 2: students gaining experiences outside of their university campus.
