SEAMEO BIOTROP Director had the opportunity to attend the IPB-Biotrop Open event at GOR IPB, Dramaga Campus of IPB. Three teams from SEAMEO BIOTROP, SEAMEO RECFON, and SEAMEO QITEP in Science were competing in the event. SEAMEO BIOTROP sent 2 men's doubles teams which were strengthened by Indra and Didit and their partners.

SEAMEO BIOTROP continues to increase its commitment not only to save biodiversity but also to maintain a healthy lifestyle during the 20-month phase of the COVID-19 pandemic. Sports such as badminton will definitely increase the body's immunity to fight COVID-19. The committee plays a role in ensuring that all match activities follow health protocols.

The committee added that on November 13, 2021, there were 20 teams competing. Competition activities using the knockout system will continue on November 20, 2021. Let's compete with the spirit of sportsmanship. Win or lose is normal, everyone will be a champion.
