Diploma 3 atau Sarjana S1 di bidang Ilmu Perpustakaan
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam manajemen perpustakaan
dapat mengoperasikan aplikasi untuk manajemen perpustakaan (CDS/ISIS, INMAGIC, dll) dan MS Ofice (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
