SEAMEO BIOTROP qualifies for 2nd ISO 9001:2008 certification

SEAMEO BIOTROP received on 21 June 2012 the renewal of its quality management systems certification (ISO 9001:2008) from Sucofindo International Certification Services after satisfactorily passing a full compliance external audit last March 2012.

The certification indicates that the Centre practices quality management of its research and training activities, research laboratories, library and publication services, dormitories and other facilities. The certification is valid from 28 May 2012 to 27 May 2015.

The Centre obtained its first certification in April 2010.
