Description
Dear Readers
We are pleased to share the latest edition of BIOCourier, highlighting SEAMEO BIOTROP’s continued efforts to advance tropical biology through education, capacity building, innovation, and international collaboration.
This quarter, our programs reached diverse communities through initiatives on biodiversity education, sustainable agriculture, food security, circular economy, and the responsible use of sub-optimal land. We also welcomed students from Japan for handson tropical biodiversity learning and strengthened our engagement with universities and regional partners.
These activities reflect our commitment to translating scientific knowledge into practical learning and meaningful impact. Through continued collaboration and
innovation, SEAMEO BIOTROP will strive to contribute to a more sustainable and resilient Southeast Asia.
Warm regards,
Prof. Dr. Edi Santosa
Centre Director SEAMEO BIOTROP
