SEAMEO SEN in collaboration with Taylor's University Lakeside Campus, Selangor, Malaysia will organise the 5th International Conference on Special Education (ICSE) 2023. This conference will be the best platform for exchange of best practices and sharing of experience in teaching and learning for learners with Special Educational Needs.

The 5th ICSE 2023 will be held from 4th – 5th October 2023, at Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus, Selangor, Malaysia with the theme “Gearing Towards Disability-Inclusive Education Recovery”.

Additionally, in acknowledging innovations in Disability-Inclusive Education in the region, we will organise the Innovation for Disability-Inclusive Education Competition (iDIEC) 2023 concurrently with the 5th ICSE 2023.
