BIOTROP joined the SEAMEO Regional Open Learning Centre (SEAMOLEC) and Regional Centre for Vocational and Technical Education and Training (VOCTECH) in signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Brunei’s Wasan Vocation School (WVS) and Indonesia’s Vocational Education Development Centre for Agriculture (VEDCA) to implement a “Human Resource and Institutional Capacity Building Program.”  The MoU was signed on 26 March 2015 at SEAMEO VOCTECH headquarter in Brunei Darussalam.
