In the frame of the training for biology teachers from Islamic School (MTsN), a group of 14 participants from Jakarta, 10 participants from Banten and 4 participants from West Kalimantan accompanied by 7 supervisors from Education and Training Center of Religion Department conducted a field visit to SEAMEO BIOTROP last 10 March 2009. The visitors were greeted by Rima Febriana, General Administration Unit staff at Jati Room, SEAMEO BIOTROP.

The biology teachers observed the actual condition of SEAMEO BIOTROP environment (Tissue Culture Lab, Microbiology Lab, Water and Air Lab, Soil and Plant Lab and Waste Water Management (IPAL) in order to have an overview of the activities.
