SEAMEO BIOTROP is located on 10 ha land which consists of office buildings and eight research laboratories. In order to support the SEAMEO BIOTROP activities, several facilities have been established and improved over the years. The facilities are also available for public use.

Classrooms within BIOTROP compound are available for meeting purposes with small number of participants. There are several classrooms and computer labs available, they are:

Class for 40-50 People, with facilities include: AC, White board and Wireless Microphone

Class for 40 - 50 People, with facilities include: AC, white board and wireless microphone

• Kenari Room

Class for 20 - 30 People, with facilities include: AC, whiteboard, and wireless microphone

• Ebony Room

Class for 20 - 30 People, with facilities include: AC, whiteboard, and wireless microphone

• Mahoni Room

Class for 20 - 30 People, with facilities include: AC, whiteboard, and wireless microphone

• MIT Classroom A

There are 20 workstations equipped with Pentium IV 1.8GHz / 512MB RAM / 40GB HDD / 17" CRT Monitor, Digitizer (Drawing Board III), Plotter, Printer, LAN & Internet : Internet 24 hour (512 Kbps via leased line), Software ; GIS and Remote Sensing, Software (ESRI and ER Mapper Product), Digital Data, Image Processing and Map, multimedia, OHP, LCD Projector
